Cab will pick up you from Amritsar railway station and will start your journey to Shimla after check into your pre-booked hotel and after freshen up  we will start.

1. Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib)

· Description: The holiest Sikh shrine and the most iconic landmark in Amritsar.

· Highlights:

Golden Architecture: The temple’s gold-plated exterior and the serene AmritSarovar (holy pool).

2. JallianwalaBagh

  • Transportation will be provided strictly as per the itinerary and will not be available for personal use. The vehicle’s air conditioning (A/C) will be switched off in hilly areas for safety.

  • Check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel’s policy. For bookings on CP (Continental Plan), MAP (Modified American Plan), or AP (American Plan), meals will be served as per the operational timings of the hotel kitchen. Heater charges are extra and vary by hotel.

  • Guide services are not included but can be availed at an additional cost. The package cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

  • The agency is not responsible for any loss during interrelated activities (e.g., adventure sports) at the destination or on roads. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

  • Cancellation refunds depend on the policies of the respective hotels and the agency. Token amounts are non-refundable but can be adjusted within one year against another package. No refunds will be issued for missed sightseeing, meals, or inclusions due to personal delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • No refunds will be given in case of natural calamities (e.g., snowfall, landslides) causing road closures or disruptions. During a transporter strike, vehicles will not operate, and the agency will not be liable for any losses or refunds.

  • The agency is not liable for personal loss, damages, or mishaps, including road accidents, during the tour. No responsibility is taken for vehicle issues, such as mechanical faults or tire bursts, and no refunds will be issued for these cases.

  • The agency will not issue refunds for missed sightseeing, meals, or activities due to deviations from the itinerary. By confirming the booking, travelers agree to all terms and conditions stated above.

  1. Payment Policy

 

Booking Deposit:

To confirm your booking, you need to pay 5% of the total package cost upfront to reserve your slot.

Phase Payments:

The second payment of 10% must be made within 15 days of booking.

The final payment of 10% is due 10 days before your travel date.

 

 

Last-Minute Bookings:

For travel dates within 10 days, the full 25% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking.

 

Failure to Pay:

Failure to complete payments within the specified timeframes may result in the cancellation of your booking.

  • Cancellation Policy 
    At Millions Holidays, we require 25% of the total tour cost as a booking amount before travel. If a cancellation occurs, the charges will be deducted from this booking amount as follows:  

  • 1. 30 Days or More Before Travel:- 25% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.  

  • 2. 15 to 30 Days Before Travel:- 50% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.  

  • 3. 0 to 15 Days Before Travel:- 100% of the booking amount will be charged (no refund).  

  • Important Notes:- Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official cancellation process. 
  •  Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.  
  • Non-refundable services (such as flights, hotel bookings, or permits) may have additional cancellation charges.  
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
